Step into a world of flavors with our immersive cooking class in Dubrovnik countryside , where you’ll experience the authentic tastes of Croatia firsthand! Led by a talented local cook, you’ll learn to prepare traditional dishes using fresh, local ingredients.

After a brief introduction and appetizer, you’ll prepare zucchini meatballs together—mixing the ingredients yourself and shaping them with guidance. Then, prepare fresh vegetables for your salad, seasoning it with homemade olive oil and vinegar.

From making homemade zucchini meatballs or balančana stuffed (parmigiana) for vegetarians, to mastering how to cook fish with vegetables or peka, this hands-on experience will immerse you in Croatia’s rich culinary heritage. Enjoy a fun, interactive atmosphere as you cook alongside fellow enthusiasts and gain insights into time-honored cooking techniques passed down through generations. All the products used are exclusively organic, locally sourced, or from friendly OPGs (family farms).
